There are no limits on the number of photos that are delivered. The final number of photos you receive will depend on how long we are shooting, your itinerary, and your guests, but is typically 400+.
We typically produce a 5-8 minutes cinematic highlights video of the day. We can also record key parts of the day in full such as the ceremony and speeches.
Typically within 4-6 weeks.
You will receive a password protected link to your personal client portal. From there you can view and download everything from your day and also order prints of your photos. The link is shareable so can be sent round friends and family.
Yes, I usually take 50% of the total price as a deposit at the time of booking. If you would like to pay a different amount just let us know, we are happy to be flexible.
We have a close nit team and have been working together for years. We love when we get to do a shoot together so can happily bring additional people. See our package add ons for more details
Yes we can! Wedding album start at £400 and are all made custom for you so can be personalised however you like. The best thing to do is contact us to discuss options.
Yes we do. Whilst it’s not a fun subject, insurance is a necessary precaution. Our insurance covers both professional indemnity and public liability and we can provide a certificate of insurance should your venue request it.
We are based in the South East of England but are happy to and do travel all over.
All travel costs are included to most places in the South. We may be able to include travel free of charge to other locations, please get in touch for further details.
Yes! We love travelling to different places, if you are having a destination wedding get in touch for a special rate.
To date this has thankfully only ever happened once because of COVID. We were able to send a replacement even at only 2 days notice. We have good relationships with other photographers and videographers and agreements in place so that even at incredibly short notice, we would endeavour to find you a replacement.
Yes, always. Many wedding blogs and advice columns suggest that you ask this and it’s quite a straight forward one. Every good photographer shoots in RAW nowadays.
